Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Various Views Research is committed to the successful execution of all market research projects. We specialize in the traditional qualitative research methodologies of focus groups, in-depth interviews and product tests, and we also have extensive experience in more direct client-to-consumer approaches such as in-home interviews, in-store interviews and learning connects (also know as consumer direct groups). The Facility Our facility features three fully equipped Focus Group Suites with a full kitchen, respondent waiting areas away from the main reception area, secured room for product placements and private client restroom facilities. Focus Group Rooms can be configured to meet a variety of looks from living room to classroom to conference room. Each Suite is equipped with:
The Client Viewing Rooms have easy access wireless internet connections, comfortable, tiered, theater-style seating, writing surfaces and electrical outlets at every seating location. To offer clients a quiet work environment or just to take a break from the activities of the Group Room, each Viewing Room has an attached Client Lounge. Clients may utilize this space before, during and after focus group sessions. For the times when clients are prevented from physically attending a qualitative research session, we have the capability of video conferencing or viewing a session through video-streaming. Having teamed with FocusVision, we are able to bring our clients the best multimedia experience possible, whether it is at our facility or anywhere else in the world. |

Staff/Capabilities The Team recruits and conducts over 600 projects annually. The focus of these projects has been diverse and falls along a broad spectrum. Some of the most recent studies range in topic from DIY products to consumer packaged goods to medical/professional services, recruiting both professionals and consumers. We approach each project as unique and equally important, with a fresh perspective. We offer suggestions and work with our clients from the beginning to ensure research objectives are met. Our experience and commitment adds immeasurable value to the interaction we have with our clients. Often asked to do the difficult, short, turnaround study or difficult to find respondents, our success can be attributed to the experience and knowledge our employees bring to the table. Our most seasoned recruiters have over 15 years experience and are supervised by skilled team leaders who have worked in qualitative research for a minimum of eight years. Our hostesses are no exception. The average hostess has seven years experience accommodating respondents and catering to client needs. The Telephone Center is uniquely designed for focus group recruitment. Currently, we employ 40 interviewers/recruiters, averaging 5 years experience. The staff is supervised by seven managers, four daytime and three nighttime, who continuously monitor live interviews for quality control purposes. Systems are in place for reminder calls and re-screening to enhance show rates and to ensure that participants meet qualification criteria. Our in-house, local, consumer database enables us to quickly locate qualified respondents. It is representative of the U.S. population, more specifically the Cincinnati market. In addition to our consumer database, we also maintain an in-house database of local physicians. This allows us to conduct pretests and pilots before embarking on a finalized project within the health care industry. |
